Welcome to AG's Good Eats. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and the placement of food orders with us. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Orders & Payment
All orders are prepared fresh and are available for pickup on Sundays unless otherwise arranged. Payment is due at the time of order confirmation. We currently accept payment via the methods communicated during the ordering process. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Cancellations & Refunds
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if notice is provided at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations within 24 hours may be eligible for partial credit at our discretion. No refunds will be issued for orders not picked up within one hour of the confirmed time unless prior arrangements are made.
Food Allergies & Dietary Restrictions
Our kitchen prepares foods that may contain or come into contact with common allergens including wheat, soy, dairy, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, and peanuts. While we take care to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any menu item is completely free of allergens. Customers with severe allergies should contact us directly before placing an order.
Pickup & Delivery
Standard orders are for pickup on Sundays at the location communicated during order confirmation. Delivery may be available for large orders or special events by prior arrangement only. We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Limitation of Liability
AG's Good Eats shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services or consumption of our food. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
